The Department of Early Childhood Education cultivates teachers and professionals who are competent in the theory and practice of early childhood and the needs of future society.
Educational Objectives
The Department of Early Childhood Education has set the following educational goals to foster self-directed teachers and education professionals with creativity, convergence, and humanity under the university's educational goals of "creative and convergent education," "field-oriented education," "self-directed education," and "character formation education" with the vision of "fostering human resources who can actively respond to the 4th industrial revolution and future changes in the educational environment.

Department Characteristics
Based on early childhood education theories on the philosophical, psychological, and social foundations of early childhood growth, we support students in acquiring various theories and leadership abilities in the areas of curriculum, teaching methods, and teacher education necessary for teaching and learning practices to cultivate an understanding of how to operate early childhood education institutions.
